Support
Email gurjinderjohal@nechakodigital.com and a person will reply, usually within two business days. Pizza King has no accounts and no sign-in, so there is nothing to look up — just tell us what happened.
What to include
Most problems are much faster to track down with a few details, so where you can, mention:
- Your device — iPhone or iPad, and which model
- Your iOS version, from Settings › General › About
- Which shift you were playing, and what you were doing when it went wrong
- A screenshot or screen recording, if it is something you can see
Common questions
There is no sound
Pizza King respects the ring/silent switch, so check that first. Music and sound effects also have their own toggles on the main menu, the pause screen and the game over screen. The game deliberately steps aside when another app is playing audio, so if you started music elsewhere, Pizza King will stay quiet until you stop it.
My scores are not showing on the leaderboards
Leaderboards need you to be signed in to Game Center, in Settings › Game Center. The game works fine signed out — it just keeps your best scores on the device instead. Scores are submitted at the end of a run, so a run you quit part way through will not appear.
I want to change my advertising choices
Where consent applies, an Ad privacy settings option appears on the Your Pizzeria screen and can be changed at any time.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. Everything Pizza King saves — best scores, your pizzeria, decor and sound preferences — is stored on your device and goes with it. We hold nothing, because we receive nothing.
Requirements
Pizza King needs iOS 17 or later, and runs on iPhone and iPad in portrait. It is free to play, supported by adverts.
