Pizza King

Orders ride out of the oven on a conveyor belt. Pull them off, cut them, and get them into the right box before they reach the end and hit the floor.

Three shifts

Each shift adds something else to keep track of, and everything speeds up the more orders you box — the pressure comes from how well you are doing, not from a clock.

Cutting is the whole game

Pizzas take radial cuts through the centre. Cheesy bread takes parallel cuts across the slab. Wings come out finished and only need routing, fast. Swipes are matched on angle and position, so a lazy slash will not pass — you have to actually follow the line.

Box orders back to back for a combo multiplier, and finish one without a single bad swipe for a perfect bonus. Drop an order or box it wrong and it costs a life.

Your pizzeria

Name the place and it appears on the wall sign, the oven nameplate and every box lid. Pick King or Queen. Four decor packages unlock as you box orders, repainting the whole kitchen from a back-street parlour to neon and chrome.

Who made it

Pizza King is built and published by Nechako Digital, a software studio in Prince George, British Columbia. Every pizza, oven and sound effect in the game is generated in code — there are no image or audio files in it at all, including the soundtrack.
